A compelling exploration of Spring Mountain through three estate-grown red wines. This collection brings together distinctive vineyard expressions in a gift designed for the serious wine lover and memorable occasions. 

2021 Oriri Estate Cabernet Sauvignon: Oriri, which means “to rise” in Latin, shows precision and balance with bright red fruits and gentle floral notes. This Bordeaux blend comes from grapes grown on eastern-facing slopes of our mountain vineyards, where vines are exposed to warm, sun-filled mornings. The palate is soft and delicate with notes of rainier cherry and red licorice. 

2021 Occasus Estate Cabernet Sauvignon: In Latin, the word “Occasus” refers to the setting sun. This Bordeaux blend comes from grapes grown on western-facing slopes of our mountain vineyards, where vines are exposed to warm, sun-filled afternoons. The result is a dark, brambly profile with dense, concentrated flavors. The palette is loaded with rich black fruits, dusted with cocoa powder and hints of spice. This weighty mid-palate gives way to a long, round finish and smooth tannins, complements of the Merlot. We aged the wine for 22 months in French oak barrels for beautiful structure and complexity.

2021 Estate Cabernet Franc: The interplay of fruit and floral elements is captivating, with the cedar and mesquite contributing a savory edge that grounds the experience. Layers of spice and a subtle earthiness weave throughout, enhancing the wine's multifaceted nature. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a silky texture that beautifully supports its complexity. The finish is long and expressive, with lingering notes of cranberry and a soft herbal quality, complemented by a whisper of violet.
