2021 La Perla Cabernet Sauvignon

For only the third time in our history, we are releasing a La Perla Cabernet Sauvignon. Made completely from grapes grown in our La Perla Ranch, this small-production wine is a stunning expression of this remarkable vineyard. The mountain character shows deep blue fruits, with boysenberry and dark plum, bordering on fruit leather. Hints of eucalyptus, dusty oak, and graphite show its distinctive sense of place. Its rich complexity and structure will lay down nicely for years to come.
