2018 Petit Verdot

The 2018 Petit Verdot is an unusual but beautifully complex, and fascinating wine. The dense, deeply perfumed and purple wine boasts notes of black plum, boysenberry accented by a warm slate minerality.  The aromatics jump out of the glass  with touches of dark cherry liquor, chocolate ganache and a sweet woodsy spice with notes of thyme and star anise that showcase Petit Verdot’s complexity.  This wine has the structure and verve to age beautifully for many more years.
